I had read some reviews saying to size up so I did (I am 61 and 200lbs and normally wear a large so ordered XL). The XL was huge - sleeves were several inches past my hands. Returned it for a large and the large is perfect - a bit looser than youd probably want for street wear but perfect for the hill. The Velcro pocket at the top of the kangaroo pouch is great - I keep my sunglasses or phone in it, very secure.

I'm 6'1 33" inch waist. I usually wear a large, but I read the reviews about the the length of the sleeves and thumb holes being a tad short. I ordered an XL and am very pleased with the sizing of the hoodie. Warm AF. And the face mask is not sewn in.
