Seams
Fully Taped - Having outerwear with fully taped seams means that on the inside of the jacket all the seams are covered in tape to provide the most effective waterproofing. It can be considered a key feature if you live in a wet climate or are planning on wearing the jacket during heavy rains. The downside is that due to the full taping there is less breathability than you'd experience with critically taped seams.

I'm a huge fan of bibs, these replaced my Burton Avalons. Been looking for something cute but not too tight, these have a nice fitted boyfriend style. The pockets on the thigh placement is weird too low to really be accessible, but they have nice zipper closures. GORE-TEX is a must. A lot warmer than I anticipated, all I need is a mid-weight base layer and these are perfect for cold or warm days.

Volcom Women's Elm Stretch GORE-TEX Bib Overall Pants - eucalyptus
Ive always had Volcom bottoms but this is my first time going for a bib instead of pants. Loving the switch so far. I was worried about the fit knowing I wanted to size up to M for layering. Im 51, 135lbs and they are definitely too long without boots on but not a problem once I lace up. A small probably would have been fine but Im embracing the baggier stylePlenty of room through the waist and thighs to bend down, stretch, etc. I stayed warm and dry all weekend would recommend!
