Vans MTE Crosspath Mid Top Shoes - orange/black

I was stressed bc while breaking in my original order the shoe had a defect that made a squeeking noise after walking for about an hour.

i reached out to cs and they offered a discount or replacement as i was going to attempt to repair with a festival coming up. repair failed and they sent the replacement out the same day i shipped the free return.

got my shoes in time to break them in again.

cant say enough about tactics!

ps- theyre also very comfortable hikers
