Powell-Peralta Construction - Powell designed and fabricated AirLam low pressure air bladder presses are used to laminate 7 plies of the finest grade American, hard rock maple, with high strength, water resistant glue.
Each deck is then sealed against moisture with a water base acrylic semi-gloss finish. Powell-Peralta decks are precisely controlled in thickness for optimum performance and protect against de-lamination for the useful life of the deck.

The board turned out to be just like I imagined it would be from the pictures; and it's a great shape for me. I'm an older skater and I just like to cruise, but I like a board that has some concave / turns up on the sides a little, to help keep my feet on the board.

Powell Peralta Old School Ripper 10.0 Skateboard Deck - white/pink
I have been REALLY digging this board. I skate mainly bowls and minis and the combo of the old school style/size with the modern contours is pretty perfect for me. I feel like most old school shapes can be too flat for me and make it harder to subconsciously know where my feet are. This board fixes that problem for me.

this deck is a good size for sidewalks and streets. put on some 60mm wheels on std indy trucks. i am 6'1 and this deck is nice and wide, not too wide or too long. like the concave structure. powell p knows how to design a great deck.

This is everything I’ve been looking for after my comeback as a skater. Old school with modern shapes and the most important aspect. Feels solid and stable. Trucked with Indy 169 and rat bones 60mm. Awesome ride.
