Skate-Tech Baseplate Design - The legendary Skate Tech system mimics the function of skateboard trucks. The Hanger' powerfully transfers energy input from the straps to the bushings and onto the edges of your board. The 'Kingpin' acts as a fulcrum, magnifying this energy through leverage.

Traditional bindings diminish energy transfer by flexing and bending the baseplate, forcing you to crank your straps down harder, ride with more forward lean, or run taller and stiffer highbacks. This all leads to more foot fatigue and pain. Bindings with Skate Tech bypass the middle of the snowboard and direct your energy right onto the board's edges. This technology transfers more power to the board with less work, meaning your feet will stay more relaxed and comfortable, longer.

Lifetime Warranty (Limited, See Details) - Covered under manufacturer lifetime guarantee against breakage of the baseplate or heelcup along with defects in materials or workmanship. This lifetime warranty DOES NOT cover broken bindings due to abuse or neglect, damage caused by any modification done outside the manufacturer's facility, or lost parts due to lack of hardware maintenance.

Highbacks, straps, ratchets and other components are not included under lifetime warranty.

Hanger 3.0 Baseplate - Featuring a wider bushing footprint that is closer to the board’s edges for enhanced board connection and faster energy transfer. The H3 also encompasses a reduction in weight, a dropped-down inner lateral wall for better ankle mobility, and is able to accommodate bigger volume boots. To top it off, it also has a new kingpin tool-less 2.0 that is more integrated and user friendly. Base Bushings (Medium: 45 Shore) - 45 Shore is classified as a medium hard/soft bushing, right in the middle. The softer the bushing the smoother the ride, however the harder the bushing the more responsive the ride. This is a true damping system that is placed at the main contact point to the board, which means by adjusting the hardness here it has the most impact in lessening board chatter while still allowing for powerful energy transfer directly to the edges of your board.
