The Landyachtz Switchblade 40" Longboard is a versatile and stable board that's perfect for commuters, beginners, and experienced freeriders alike. Its double-dropped platform and drop-through mounting lower the ride height, making pushing effortless and enhancing stability at any speed. The symmetrical shape allows for easy switch riding, while the deep concave and foot pockets provide excellent control for slides and fast freeriding. Constructed with 9 plies of maple, this board offers a stiff and responsive feel. The 40-inch length provides extra stability and is ideal for taller riders. Equipped with 180mm Gen 6 Grizzly trucks and 70mm Hawgs wheels, the Switchblade 40" is ready for premium freeride performance right out of the box.

Features
Downhill - A longboard designated for downhill is crafted specifically for high speeds. Get your full face helmet and head to the hills.
Freeride - Featuring concaves that create pockets for your feet and shorter wheelbases, freeride boards are meant to make power slides as natural as your choice to skate.
Drop Through - Drop Through boards lower your center of gravity giving you a more responsive and stable ride.
Micro Drop - Micro Drop skateboards give skaters more spots to lock in your feet for steep hills and long standees.
Symmetrical - If you ever think you want to ride your board backwards (freeride/freestyle) then a symmetrical longboard shape will help you with the learning curve. Other than that, it's all preference.
Deep Concave - Deep concave is like a bucket-seat for your feet. It offers supreme leverage for slides and provides a platform in the middle for downhill riding when you want your speed tuck to be pristine for the whole heat.
9-Ply - 9 plies sandwiched together for solid stiffness and control. Ideal for heavier riders; this is one of the most durable and stiff constructions.
Canadian Maple - Provides a solid ride without a ton of weight. With low flexibility, this deck is ideal for high-speeds and is very durable.
Gen 6 Bear Trucks - Redesigned from the ground up and incorporating technology perfected in Bear's high end DH and Freeride trucks, Gen 6 Grizzlies are some of the best performing cast trucks on the market today. Hawgs 70mm Wheels - Hawgs Wheels turn any board into an agile ripper. Perfect for the urban commuter, these soft 78a durometer wheels have great grip and are ideal for cruising.
Space Balls ABEC 7 Bearings - With integrated spacers built in, your wheels will always be in alignment and chatter-free. Space Balls let you crank down your axle nuts with confidence and keep your wheels rolling smooth, straight and fast.
