Tactics Boardshop is pleased to announce the addition of Idaho-native Randal Seaton to its snowboard team. Randal is the second Bend, Oregon-area snowboarder to join Tactics’ team, alongside Justin Norman.
“Randal is super underrated,” says snow team manager Kyle Richner. “He definitely has the abilities to go somewhere with his snowboarding, and we want to do everything we can to help him achieve his goals.”
Randal took home the coveted Riders Choice Award at this year’s Transworld TransAM regional at Mt. Bachelor, showing he has the style and skills needed to impress his peers.
The Bend resident moved to Central Oregon four years ago to explore the high desert region and quickly became captivated by the wind lips, sunshine and creative snowboarders Mt. Bachelor produces.
“I’m excited to contribute to the Tactics snowboard team because I bring an individual style and enthusiasm to snowboarding that I love to share with others,” Randal says. Check out Randal’s official team welcome edit and you’ll see exactly what he’s talking about.
Randal will earn a Bachelors of Science this June in the field of Eco and Adventure Tourism from Oregon State University. “I’m looking forward to passing on my passion for the natural world to others who share my respect for it,” he says, “and I’m stoked to continue using all of the resources around me at Bachelor to pump out more video parts and promotional material for my sponsors.”
