Features
Squeezebox™ Core - Helps transfer energy outward from under your feet, energizing the tip and tail for added snap when executing a turn and ollieing. Thinner core sections underfoot transitions to thicker, more powerful areas between and outside your feet for a more stable board that can be powered up and manipulated with less effort.
Frostbite Edges - Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions. Powerful when you need them, playful when you don't. Frostbite Edges are hungry for hard-pack while remaining ever-forgiving in softer conditions.
The Channel® - The Channel is an exclusive Burton mounting system using a central spine that allows you to micro-adjust stance width, angle, and toe-to-heel centering with ease while at the same time dispersing energy for added rebound and snap.
(Only Channel-compatible bindings work with this board)
Super Fly II™ 700g Core - Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight.
Dualzone™ EGD™ (Engineered Grain Direction) - The wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges on two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge-hold and added strength.
Infinite™ Ride Construction - A Burton exclusive technology allows their boards to maximize pop and strength by overbuilding the board for you. Whether you choose to ride Spring-loaded, Rocker, or Camber, rest assured that with Infinite Ride your board will maintain its flex, pop, and feel from the first day forward, season after season.
Women's True Flex - Softening a board and painting it pink doesn't cut it for Burton. True Flex changes the paradigm in women's hardgoods by optimizing board design to match the geometry and finesse of female riders. Torsional softness underfoot transitions to stabilizing zones between and outside your feet. The result is improved stability, effortless edge control, and energized pop in the tip and tail.
FSC™ Certified - Forest Stewardship Council™ (FSC™ C124994) certified. The FSC™ is an independent non-profit that promotes environmentally sound management of forests.
Triax Fiberglass - Versatile flex and response for everything from mini to mega shred
Carbon I-Beam™ Stringers - This ultra-light carbon backbone increases pop and longitudinal snap.
Sintered WFO Base - Infusing a specially formulated wax deep into the pores of this extra-absorbent, high-density sintered material results in an ultra-durable base that stays "Wide F!#@ing Open" all season in any condition.
Pro-Tip™ - A tapered tip and tail thickness that reduces swing weight for easier mobility.
Super Sap® Epoxy - Resin formulated with bio-based materials, reducing the carbon footprint by 50% over conventional petroleum-based epoxies. Less oil consumption means even less of a carbon footprint per board.
3 Year Warranty - Covered under manufacturer warranty for 3 years from the time of purchase! Warranty includes structural defects only and DOES NOT cover impact damage, abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear expected from aggressive riding.
Sorry folks, but bashing your board on a rock or rail does not qualify as a "manufacturer's defect" and will not be honored.
