Traditional 7-Ply - Traditional for a reason. Standard 7-ply wood construction gives you a deck that's durable, sturdy and poppy.
I started skating in the mid 80's when all decks were 10" shaped decks. I just got back into skating after 30+ years. I never skated popsicles, and this is my first. I knew that if I got one it would have to be a wider deck.
The size feels perfect(not too small) and it's working for everything I've been skating...parks and bowls. As a taller skater, I like the longer wheelbase; and I'm getting great pop for ollies. I know I won't go through decks the way I used to. But, if/when I need another, I'll definitely keep skating the 9" Classic Eagle.

Anti-Hero Classic Eagle 9.0 Skateboard Deck
I love this board. I'm 6'3 and like the longer wheelbase a lot. I ride this board with Indy 169s and 58mm Formula Four Conical Wides. The board feels stable but still playful and responsive. I ride bowls and street. Please keep this shape coming!

Anti-Hero Classic Eagle 9.0 Skateboard Deck
Perfect for my needs. It matches a much cheaper deck (but this has a longer wheelbase). This is going to be go to for a very long time or until (God forbid) they quit making them (don't want this to be an Irish Spring thing). Finally found something that works, hoping they don't take it away.
