The Samba ADV pays respects to Adidas' deep soccer heritage with a classic T-Toe reminiscent of the original style that debuted more than 50 years ago. A molded sockliner ensures a glove-like fit by comfortably wrapping your foot to improve response. An internal heel clip locks down the back of your foot to prevent slip. The lightweight cupsole has a directional herringbone tread pattern for lasting grip and board control. Soccer may be in the Samba's blood, but these shoes are all skate from heel to toe.

Features
Sole
Cupsole - Durable and shock-absorbing to provide the best impact protection against hard landings. Cupsoles generally last longer than a vulcanized sole but don't provide as much flexibility and board feel right out of the box.
Details
Molded PU Sockliner - Soft polyurethane insole for added comfort and protection.
Herringbone Tread - Creates amazing grip and board control.
Lightweight Rubber Cupsole - Lightweight rubber cupsole provides terrific board feel and protection for when you're skating those big stairsets. Cupsole construction and deep tread pattern gives the shoe long-life durability.
Molded TPU Heel Clip - For heel lockdown and increased support.
Awesome shoe. Nostalgia and comfort make these a winner for me. The tactics video review sealed the deal. Thinner sole = good board feel but also not a lot of padding for jumping off big stuff.

How long do you guys get out of the shoe before it's unskateable? It seems like the T isn't very durable

These shoes have had different results for us. For me personally they have lasted me over a month, but I don't do a whole lot of flip tricks. For my coworker they blew out in about 2 weeks because he is a lot more technical with his skating. We did a shoe review for these shoes on our youtube channel that was just posted a few days ago, check it out if you get a chance!

How's the board feel on these? I mainly skate technical stuff like half pipes but I still want enough support to jump down things every once in a while.

These shoes are great for hoping down stuff, plenty of support. As for the board feel, they definitely take a little breaking in. Thinner and better board feel towards the toe but a thicker heel for sure. After skating these for about 2 full days the shoes were broken in and the board feel was way better.
