Features
Sole
Cupsole - Durable and shock-absorbing to provide the best impact protection against hard landings. Cupsoles generally last longer than a vulcanized sole but don't provide as much flexibility and board feel right out of the box.
Details
ADIPRENE® - ADIPRENE® is soft EVA injected cushioning placed under the heel to soak up impacts and soften landings.
ADITUFF™ - ADITUFF™ technology uses a rubber-backed material in the toe box which delivers abrasion resistance, extending the life of the shoe.
Already owned 3 pairs of this silhouette and ran into the prime knit here. Knit upper contours to the shape of your foot and has no pain points out of the box. Because the upper has so much give it feels lighter and broken in straight away compared to the og suede/leather model. Has become my everyday shoe for commuting on my longboard. I won’t be using this on my skateboard because I don’t know how long the knit upper will last against grip tape and the hidden eyelets are not found on this version but it does have a toecap if you’re feeling froggy. Definitely worth the try if you’re looking for a ready to wear shoe. Just have a standby pair of insoles ready since the adiprene insoles pack down quick in these.
I like the look of these shoes. They run very small so order a full size larger than you need. The sole inside is very thin so I purchased thicker inserts to be able to wear these all day. The laces look nice but don't stay tied. I just started wearing these about a week ago and they are good for the price but won't order them again. I guess I am used to shoes with thicker bottoms for a softer feel. These shoes let you feel every rock underneath them. And lastly they don't offer them in "wide".

Adidas PUIG Skate Shoes - core black/footwear white/vivid green
I’m going to stock up on these. Your heel won’t slip which has been a pet peeve of mine lately. Keeps its form and is broken in out of the box. I don't huck my carcass down giant gaps so I can’t tell you about that but I’ve been skating for over twenty years and I’m picky with shoes and these are quality. Good board feel and durable. Not hard to get on and off. I love the shape. The sole rules! Looks great on foot too!!! Also Lucas!!!! Skates great I love these shoes.
